Refund Policy

Digital products

Paid products on LancerTools (such as the Freelancer Templates Pack) are digital downloads, delivered immediately after purchase. Order processing and payment are handled by our merchant of record, Creem, who also handle billing support and refunds on our behalf — your receipt arrives by email from Creem, and charges appear as CREEM.IO on your bank statement.

When you can get a refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• the product was not delivered, or the download is broken or incomplete;
• the product is materially different from its description on this site;
• you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment).

Because digital files cannot be "returned", we may decline refund requests that fall outside these cases — for example after extensive use of the product — but we review every request fairly and err on the side of the customer.

How to request a refund

• Reply to your Creem receipt email (fastest — Creem, as merchant of record, processes the refund directly), or
• Email us at hello@lancertools.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
