The short version
Our tools run in your browser. The numbers you enter into calculators and the invoices you generate are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Drafts you choose to keep are saved in your own browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time.
Information we collect
- Tool inputs: none collected. Calculator inputs and invoice data stay on your device.
- Contact: if you email us, we receive your email address and message, used solely to respond.
- Analytics: we may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (page views, referrers, country-level location) to understand which tools are useful. This data does not identify you.
Advertising and cookies
To keep the tools free, we may display advertising served by third parties, including Google AdSense. Ad providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Where required (for example in the EEA and UK), we implement Google Consent Mode v2 with all consent signals defaulting to "denied", and ask for your consent via a consent banner before any advertising cookies are set — declining limits ads to non-personalised ones. You can also opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings.

Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you sign up for a recommended product through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links point to the partner's site; what happens there is governed by the partner's own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have rights of access, rectification, and erasure over personal data we hold. Since we hold essentially none unless you email us, exercising them is usually as simple as asking us to delete the correspondence. Contact: hello@lancertools.com.
